  • Epic Ballroom

    Our exquisite ballroom was professionally designed with porcelain floors, custom woodworking on every wall, and modern lighting systems for your event to be unforgettable. The grand ballroom can be configured to your taste with multiple full bars and room for over 275 guests (restrictions in place).

  • Entrance

    High ceilings, custom lighting, and chandeliers set the Arya Event Center entrance apart. Our entranceway was designed to make a long-lasting impression. Multiple spaces can be combined or sectioned off to your desire.

  • Bridal Suite

    The Arya Event Center has multiple suites that can be used as your Bridal Suite. Tastefully designed to cater to the bride and her closest family and friends, the suite features private dressing rooms, full-length mirrors, and makeup areas.

  • Commercial Kitchen

    Our full commercial kitchen is accessible from multiple entrances. Our stainless steel laced, the fully loaded kitchen is a great place for prepping and cooking meals for your events. Equipped with ovens, stoves, a full-size commercial hood, and is perfect for your caterer's needs.

Our Wine is Simply Amazing

The Arya Event Center offers award-winning wines produced from the Ruby Hill Winery region of the Livermore Valley. Our Winery is located just a short distance away from the Arya Event Center also in Livermore, CA. Our vineyards are located in the heart of the Livermore Valley in the prestigious Ruby Hill wine region. Our grapes are amongst the most coveted in the world. The Misson Wines 36-acre vineyard is planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese, Sauvignon Blanc, Petite Syrah, and Pinot Noir. Ask about our vineyard and winery tours or for a photoshoot at any of the locations.
